Feeling a bit frustrated that the perfect URL based on my name was already taken; I searched my memory for something that would be both personal to me and memorable for others. Remembering a scene from my past when an eight year old me was making fun of his older sister's last name – which is unusual, since it was my last name too – The Ugly Bug was chosen. The simplified illustration of a roach features glasses similar to my own and serves as part of my online identity.
